      Fast paced, dynamic and hands on - a company in between TECH and Fashion

      Pros

      - high pace working environment with big growth potential - a lot of topics that can be dealt with so it never gets boring - not so many planning meetings, but rather hands-on work - Fashion, TECH and Media Solutions as core business pillars - great product for the "Discover fashion" market - build the whole system from scratch - hence a complex system with individual challenges - in between a startup and a corporate company - international, young environment - great parties and many interesting people to meet

      Cons

      - a company with a lot of change and new requirements - don't come here if you are looking for a slow corporate structure - grew a lot over the past 5 years - the company still has to mature in some of its areas (Leadership, Corporate Identity, structures, benefits) - it's easier to start on a lower level, grow and then make a career - the threshold for Senior/Leading roles is quite high - working hours are based on trust (tends to get more, when there is a lot to do)

      Pros

      - open and honest communication, lots of transparency regarding almost all (reasonable) matters - company contiunouisly tries to improve and optimize their work; always new challenges and projects to work on - anyone (regardless of hierarchy level) can take on responsibility fast - great team spirit

      Cons

      - communication between teams could be improved - a lot of the times important information is out there, it just is not communicated to all parties involved - not enough conference rooms and quiet places to work - employees can take on leadership roles rather fast without any input on how to manage and motivate a team - may sometimes result in uncomfortable atmosphere within the teams (can in most cases be quickly resolved though, due to open communication)

      Dear colleague, thank you for your honest opinion. We are overly glad to hear that you enjoy the working environment and the people you're surrounded by! More than that we are pleased to see that you profit from daily challenges and projects, as well as your responsibilities. Regarding your cons: We have expanded our office to more floors in order to offer a better organization so teams can work more focused with their mates. Furthermore in case the sound level is too high, every full time employee has headsets at their disposal with noise cancelling functions to focus on tasks that require high concentration. Also we have set up more workshops and trainings for teamleads and managers to enhance their leading skills which includes feedback procedures, communication and team coachings.       Fast moving company with many possiblities to learn and grow

      Pros

      - No Hierarchies - State-of-the-art workflows - Everyone can work independently and develop fast - Interesting projects - Good atmosphere in all departments - Nice partys :-)

      Cons

      - Sometimes stressful, but especially in these phases teams stick together to maintain the AY spirit
