Pros

Great company, lots of support to attain BCBA credential. Great family to work with. Amazing compensation. Clinical supervisors are great and take the time to train and work with each employee. I plan on working here for a long time. It is a growing company so there are kinks but I have always been able to talk to directors / owners to have questions / concerns addressed.

Cons

Administration is difficult to communicate with but that is improving.

The HR department. Try getting ahold of them. You'll have better luck getting hold of the president of the United States. I'm convinced there isn't even an HR department.

Absolutely nothing. Seriously. Give it a try and you'll see.

ABS provides opportunities for all employees! RBTs are valued and tuition is compensated in full for BCBA coursework. I always feel supported and appreciated. I love my job!

Cons

Ideas can sometimes take time to come to fruition.
