Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that our compensation and benefits package meet your expectations. We believe in paying competitive wages and providing flexible benefit options that meet people where they are. However, we are not perfect, and the rest of your comments reflect that it has been a challenging year for ABX as we build. Not even two years old, we launched during the pandemic and during a challenging environment in which it has been difficult to attract top talent, secure raw materials, and grow our business. This past year, ABX launched a new ERP system, put in a new leadership team, and enhanced its compensation, benefits, and employee experience (including an enhanced communication platform launching later this year). We are now attracting top talent, securing key raw materials, and winning new business. We are continuously working hard to improve and appreciate your comments to help us realize that while we are making great strides, we can do better, and we will!
