Pros

Paycheck always on time, great place to work on good days.

Cons

Very stressful, especially in Berkeley, they don’t pay attention to anything, they don’t obey crosswalks or lights or anything. This job will wear you down over time, the scheduling department does not care about the operators or their mental health, they make these schedules with AI that doesn’t have any regard for the human element driving the bus. We’re not even human.
