Pros

The Interim General Counsel is wonderful. She is thoughtful, and encouraging. She really wants to make sure that things are done appropriately. She encourages her employees to push themselves to their limits. That is totally refreshing and not the norm.

Cons

Know it all managers, the inability to self police -- not being able to admit when the knowledge isn't there, vindictivenss, people horde knowledge as though it is currency, which is very scary. No respect for knowledge of institutional history -- total lack of teamwork.

Cons

Part of the problem is the Union in that people that should no longer be working there are kept on regardless of their work performance or contribution to their department or the company as whole In certain departments, there can be undercutting, sniping, and pretty much alot of pettiness on the part of SOME employees
