co-workers were pleasant and helpful

Cons

Training was subpar and the manager was a micro manager who was threatened by anyone who seemed to have more experience than her. Systems are antiquated and they don't pay well.

The benefits, the pay is okay 25 starting 38 top pay.

Cons

The management they aren't professional. Starting the higher ups, down to the training department. The dispatcher are dis respectful, they talk down to you. Driving the coach is the easy part but they don't prepare you for what you are going to see everyday.
