Great benefits and pay packages with a lot of opportunities for horizontal mobility.

Cons

Horizontal being the key term. Further, there are too many middle managers that never talk to one another coordinating programs on technology that was out of date twelve years ago. Your dreams will fizzle if you don't have the patience of a saint.
