Pros

Great company and they train you from the ground up. Everybody is super friendly companywide. I've worked at the California and Las Vegas office and the atmosphere was exactly the same felt like I never left.

Cons

There is nothing bad I can say about the company.

weekly Trainings were helpful and informative benefits were good

Cons

Not the friendly atmosphere, more money oriented. The office did not feel like a family, very political and nothing more. Poor choice of team leaders who would scapegoat their team members for their own leadership mistakes.
