      Pros

      You typically get to work alone, unless changing shifts or second/third is required. Various incentive payouts based on loan origination/buy backs and debit card sales.

      Cons

      Corporate will be controlling everything; even if your district manager will vouch for you on (for example) a cash shortage- you may still be "suspended" AKA left without work and no return date.

      You get paid mileage for driving.

      Cons

      Business model forces 1 employee to work 11 hour days. The employees do hundreds of transactions a day on archaic equipment. The POS system is like DOS from 40 years ago. The facilities are run down, employees are tired from the long days...Attrition is very high. When an employee calls in sick the DM has to work the center if no coverage can be found. DM works 7 days a week, roughly 70-80hrs a week if lucky. Pay is horrible and senior management at the RVP level work from 9-5 (30-40 hrs week) and good luck getting ahold of your RVP...They won't answer their phones after 5pm.....
