Pros

The services provided to the families is LIFE Changing! Everywhere you go, you will meet families that receive ACES services and always are thankful for the positive changes our programs have on their children. From the administration to the Clinical team, everyone is so nice and helpful. ACES is a nurturing environment and encourages personal growth. Now is the perfect time to join the company, as they are expanding like crazy. Great opportunity for new grads/current college students to get their foot in the door of a psychology career. ACES also promotes further education by paying for your BCBA, which is going to be mandatory going forward in this industry. (You do have to be with company min a year before they will consider paying for this)

Cons

On the Administration side not a lot of room for growth or salary increases. Because the company is growing so fast they are experiencing the normal growing pains. This is not a good environment for people who do not handle change well.

Pros

-career growth -supportive colleagues -clients -mission of company I will say that while no company is perfect, the people I work alongside make it a place I love being. I have been with the company many years and started as a bi. I fell in love with the mission and aba. I have held many roles here: bi, supervisor, BCBA, manager, and I just joined a newly formed department in a role that fits me perfectly. I recommend joining our team if you love working with children and improving the quality of their lives using ABA strategies. There is ample room for career growth.

Cons

-pay tends to be lower than elsewhere but not by much.
