We switched from PTO Paid Time Off) to DTO (Discretionary Time Off) over 2 years ago. Brett Shively, our CEO, does not believe in putting a limit on your personal time. When you take care of yourself first, that's when you bring your best work. We are so glad you appreciate the compensation and benefits we offer at ACI! We also recognize the hard work and care our Adjunct Instructors put into their roles. With the passion each Instructor has, we recognize the desire for more opportunities. While the Adjunct specifically is not a full time role, please feel free to keep an eye on openings at ACI with a more full time schedule.
