Very little mutual respect among the employees. This company lacks professionalism, processes are ineffective, and insufficient training within and across departments. The company culture is the worst I have worked for in my 20 years of professional experience. The ELT led by Phil Heasely has instituted policies and incentives that have engendered a cut throat company culture and that give lip service only to fostering employee engagement.

Why is everything always on fire??? People need to know that not everything is an emergency. It really seems that the top mgmt could care less about the people and just concerned about the bottom dollar. There is no company moral or company culture. It is work hard and then work harder. It is pretty much sink or swim and from what it looks like to me most people are going under.
