Pros

Compensation was great (as long as you didn't divide it by the 90hrs/week that you were FORCED to work).

Cons

Bully tactics, forced to work long hours, no clue on how to run a PMO. Clueless management. Hostile Environment.

What ?? if there is any those sucking managers know very well.

Where do I start? This company is the definition of an insecure, terrible company. They don't care for employees and are ready to fire people at any time. All they care about is acquiring other companies and making themselves big. And God save you if you worked for one of those companies that got acquired by them. They won't care how many years you have worked there or what your track record has been. They can fire you any time. Employees go to work everyday not knowing whether they will have a job at the end of the day. My advice is "STAY AWAY" from this place. And if you work for them "RUN... RUN FOR YOUR LIFE" It's not worth the stress at all. You are much more valuable than you think.

Pros

PTO, dental, vision, and 401k

Cons

Management covers their own butt, not enough pay for the workload you do, yearly raise is no more than 20 cents, everyone always have attitudes, if you need help the team leads sound so irritated, everyone is always late for work, they don't care about you or your pay, they expect you to lie to customers, they constantly mess with the automated system so more calls are on que, people aren't trained the same and don't take the same payments (some people take more pymts) employees are begged to train new employees, it's a mess. Don't bother to apply. OH and HR overpays people and takes the money back each time you get paid.
