Immediate management was great. I had a great experience. The work from home policy was great. I also did like the focus on moving to new technologies.

Cons

A lot more cons that pros. Upper management was really shady. They did not even try to communicate with the lower level people of the company. A little advice here, talk to EVERYONE. This is why the company is so siloed. People are losing their jobs. Also, I would like to add that the culture here is terrible. Everyone is fending for themselves and there is not real TEAM here. I had a bad experience trying to transition because of this. I would also like to point out LAYOFFS. they had two "reorgs" in one year. That is crazy. I feel like this company was great at one point but upper executives are messing everything up. I also believe that the infrastructure here is too focused on LEGACY. Please stay up to date with technology so you do not fall behind and people can keep their jobs. This causes a lot of problems.
