Pros

Good telecommute policy. Management usually didn't micro-manage. Fairly good access to resources and technology related to your job.

Cons

Horrible on-boarding process - basically "Here's the product - go learn about it." Large company with a very ceremonial implementation methodology that they attempt to apply without tailoring to a very diverse product set.

Great benefits, flexible hours, usually pretty good with the life work balance.

Cons

Management seems to be concerned with themselves. If you offer your time once for after hours you're expected to always do that.
