Pros
Great people, this is what makes this company a good place to work for. There is a possibility to move to other products or move to other position.
Cons
Wherever ACI acquires other companies, they will let go of their own people. So despite hard work and contribution to the company, you can end up just being a "number". This could be related to their goal previously - to become a billion dollar company. Not building up, but rather acquiring smaller competitors. Software development is process heavy.
