-- good opportunities available for people who are willing to work hard -- processes are followed thoroughly -- totally upto the person if he/she wishes to take up new responsibilities

Cons

-- too much of management present -- large number of management handles an equal number of resources -- a lot of management people creates poltics

Pros

Talented employees willing to go the extra mile for clients. Good opportunity to travel given size of the company

Cons

No room for growth unless you are a technical superstar, favoritism given to the most technical people regardless of what skills a certain task may require. Too many meetings and too much time discussing things that do not matter. Paperwork and bureaucracy overload no matter what position you are in. S1 takeover ruined the atmosphere in the cape town office due to lack of honesty and quality communication, too much business jargon e.g. "synergise" to make one redundant. No accredited training offered, only courses that dont help grow your career.
