Senior management reorganizes company yearly..resulting in lay offs. pay increases are minimal no ability to carry vacation time over, over work employees and mass exodus at end of year to use left over vacation time employee morale is extremely low, senior management "yes'es " you to death and still no changes. more staff needed in some depts , takes months to hire

Most co-workers pretty much ignore you and really don't make you feel welcomed. Training is non- existent and terrible. There basically is none. My "trainer" spent the 2 weeks either on the phone or away from the area. Now any questions i ask get short answered in "can't be bothered with WORK talk" from co- workers which just confuses me even more. I got a lot of "Well when i came over, i had to learn on my own" excuses That's all well and good I guess, but not everyone works that way.
