Women are promoted quickly and without adequate experience. Many jobs have been moved off shore to cheaper labor. Inadequate IT support.

SR EVP Technology only flies coach everyone gets to use a desk, a chair, a phone, and a computer

Cons

process heavy - more important than actually fixing problems. monthly outages, applications and websites blocked, inconsistent working environment. senior management is clueless as to what is going on, always concerned about a long term plan instead of paying attention to current customer and employee needs. feels like everyone who is not a manager is always on call. no candy bowl at the front desk...

Pros

Some people are really good, technically sound and want to make a difference. Those are the endangered species in this company.

Cons

Like my title says, that is what drives this company. Each manager is driven by their greed to collect their fat bonuses and suck up to the manager above them and do just enough to ensure they get their bonus next time around as well.
