Where do I start? 1. Very little organic growth. Most of the growth is due to acquisitions. With each acquisition comes a general lay off. 2. People fail to take risks because they may loose their job. They do not want expose themselves to senior management. 3. Constant turn over of people so customers do not know who to turn to. 4. VP Level and above suck up to the CEO - therefore decisions even at low levels are influenced by the CEO. The senior management team have no back bone when it comes to working as a team and influencing CEO

Toxic executive management which filters down. Too much organization change. Exec Mgmt won't allow an org change to settle in and take effect before they change things again.

Lot of work from home but depends on manager and they give excuse of project requirements. All salary fixed, lot of tax benefits. Good hike.

Cons

No project structure ,after working whole days again needs to continue at night to work with US guys. No growth , no on-site opportunity. They have SE I/II/III it will take yrs to be SSE. Management is at its worst no planning,process ...
