Probably the worst run place I have ever worked at in my entire career. Micromanaged, Mismanaged, hardly and managers between staff and directors, little to no direction for the future of the organization, leadership does not listen to those with experience in the industry. Product lines are hidden from other leaders of the company. Starting production for the first time in the US, all other is done in Mexico and China and therefore don’t follow proper guidelines for US production because they’re so used to just having R&D. Everything is done unethically and backwards. No system or infrastructure as they’re stuck in the 90’s way of conducting business; this includes their approach to culture. Just a matter of time before this place gets shut down.
