-Leadership mismanaged during 2022 by bringing in more employees than needed because of their COVID products; then had to lay them off once ordering of their product became low as COVID cases diminished. -Company cares less about their employees -Outdated system and old school managers as printing is a must, therefore no no option for remote work, only hybrid -No opportunity for career growth
