Pros

International customers and travel for sales team. Interesting work. Reputable products

Cons

Lack of leadership. Poor company culture due to head office in China and politics; only a few in charge that "know the owners" personally. Owners never there and have a different view of employees than American employers would typically. Marketing, software systems (or lack thereof) really behind the times.
