Pros

Located in sunny San Diego.

Cons

Everything is cheap. Poor budget, out of touch with market. Poor quality products without repeatable results. It's a set up to fail and only a matter of time before the owners in China shut it down. U.S. Sales are less than .0001 of the market share for glucometers and test strips. A con.

Good pay and room to learn and experiment various strategies. Great company if you are trying to get into the biotech industry.

Cons

Unprofessional environment, lack of teamwork, various departments lack product knowledge, lots of hidden information from management. Not a company for long term career.
