Many opportunities to grow if you're in the software industry. Descent compensation. Great bonuses and benefits.

Cons

Made to believe you will go far in the company but limited unless you're into IT or software development. Otherwise you will only move over into a different position but not necessarily promoted.

Pros

ACST gives all employees plenty of opportunities to expand their skills. I have taken many online courses and attended conferences (all of which ACST paid for) to learn more about my current job as well as other skills I'm interested in. They treat you more than just an employee. You can tell, through praise and actions, that ACST truly cares about all employees.

Cons

Employees have to take initiative to further develop themselves, and some don't do that. I have to deal with coworkers who don't necessarily give their fullest effort.
