Work hours Lack of training Products being offered You're maxed out at 3 weeks of PTO with over 10 years of seniority. Very expensive benefits. No 401K match. They are looking to open an office in Michigan so they can send everyone back to an office environment. Underwriting Mentors all give different answers to the same question.

To actually earn money - you need to "fly to space" Pay is very low, after a year - total under 40k with comission Management not managing Operations disbalanced High stress - clients dissatisfied all the time Huge part of the processes are not under your control - loans get canceled not because of something you did wrong Commission of $250/closed file is not enough since you get less after taxes Hard to survive on such pay All the operations are outsourced to Russia or India - they're very low paid so the company pays low for US workers as well Training isn't streamlined - a lot of issues with

They really seemed like a great company. Recruiter got in touch with me almost as soon as I connected with them. I hate when big corporates treat you so poorly and don’t value or respect your time.

Cons

Scheduled an interview and they were a no-show, if this is the initial treatment you receive I could only imagine how little they care for their actual employees.
