Pros

Benefits were great. Health insurance, dental. 401k match up to 4%

Cons

No upward movement. Promise that they will work with you to move you up and beyond but never happens. Many co-workers had to switch departments but they are still there as well. Went from 24 in my department to 10 people. Corporation wanted to cut costs so we got more work pilled on us. Started at $14 /hour then by the time I left 3 years later I was making $14.66 /hour. I was also doing 3x the amount of work because we kept letting people go.

Pros

It is a fast paced environment, which is great for those who like to keep busy and do something different every day. Good PTO and 401k matching.

Cons

It is not what you know, but who you know. If you want to move up, spend less top working, and more time socializing. Because in the end your hard work will leave you frustrated and unfulfilled. It is a very male dominated organization, and women are overlooked even though they are more qualified for positions. Management will repeatedly hold you back from growth because "they can't afford to move you right now." Management receives high bonuses each year, while the employees who put in the 50+ hours get small insignificant raises. Actually if you are a male and in a management role, this is a great company for you to work for!

Pros

On-site gym access -- gym is huge and even has a trainer that you can request. Volunteer activities Parties/contests -- each department holds a small party throughout the year, with music, games, and activities. Room for advancement -- There is always something available.

Cons

High call volume -- but, this was a call center setting, so this is expected. Clients are rude -- expect to be abused be callers. Very "clique-y" -- reminded me of high school. This is very apparent throughout the different departments.
