      Pros

      Good Benefits such as Health insurance, PTO, ect. Room for advancement. Good introduction to the auto industry.

      Cons

      Wages can be low depending on what area of the country you are in; stagnant employees.

      Pros

      For the short time I was at Adesa, coworkers were very friendly and helpful. Cool office atmosphere.

      Cons

      What was failed to be mentioned was how phone orientated the entire job was. The corporation literally tracks how long you are on the phone for and make you feel like a puppet. If you like to do business more face to face with people and not ENTIRELY OVER THE PHONE don't apply for this position.
