      Pros

      I was very busy and I loved being busy and meeting different people everyday. Very interesting and innovative.

      Cons

      Never got to 40 hours a week which we were promised. Only con.

      Pros

      The local auction was great to work for. The employees all got along well.

      Cons

      Benefits changed every year. Commission structure changed every year. The top brass don't care one bit about those doing the most work and succeeding for the company at a local level. Got two salary increases in 8 years of employment.

      Fun people to work with, get to drive a variety of newer and older used cars, trucks, etc. Flexible schedule, work when you are available.

      Cons

      Unpredictable schedule, management keeps employees who consistently break rules and have poor work ethic.
