That cooperate goes to one extreme to another when it comes to bonus and commissions. One moment they give a compensation plan with the potential to make money then they decide to take it away. Then they give you another plan is suppose to be good but commission is literally cut in half. With Adesa paying our department a low hourly wage, we depend heavily on the bonus/commission to pay bills. They also promised to give us raise when our job title changed. Corporate stated that our position was being underpaid according to a nationwide level. When it came time for the raise to come into effect, corporate decided that they did not have to the pay increase and gave no reason behind it other than they did not have to do it.

I don't know where to begins almost all cons from the pay to the mandatory overtime. The managers are all out for themselves with no teamwork or training. I was an employee from the beginning for over 19 years with a lot of blood sweat and tears but that does not matter they are just looking to pay the least they can and move out anyone making money. Poor training and management does not have your back nor they use you and tell you to do something they get you in trouble by doing just what they told you.
