Ups and downs of the market

Management is terrible. They abuse time to smoke and get their favorite employees to join them while gossiping. The hard workers only get more tasks and raises are a joke. This place does not reward actual workers. They only reward the ones that are on management's favorite list. There is absolutely no regard to fairness at work. Hours constantly change for absolutely no reason. Management should be responsible for training new hires, not other employees. Especially when there is no pay increase for doing management work. This is not a career. They lie about wage increases and advancement opportunities but there are none. This is just a job. Be prepared to work two jobs as the pay at this place is for high school students.
