Pros

- The people I interacted with on a daily basis are genuinely good people and care about doing a good job. - We were given opportunities to do community service projects, which was rewarding. - There are some departments at corporate that seem to be doing a great job engaging and retaining employees (ex: IT has an engagement committee that offers outreach opportunities, training sessions, and fun/team building outings). - New CEO, John Hammer, seems to be making progress toward opening the lines of communication regarding expectations and company goals.

Cons

- Consistently underpaid and overworked. Compensation doesn't match hard work, years of experience, educational achievements, and going rates in the geographic market. People are asked to take on more and more with no compensation adjustment or bonus opportunity. - Very few opportunities for advancement. - Leadership is unwilling to cut people who are just mediocre or poor at their jobs (this applies from the bottom to even department leaders). - Leadership is still dominated by the old boys club. There are still very few women and minorities in leadership positions.

Decent pay, benefits, some great people

Cons

Management are snakes, petty sad miserable women who have sat in the same seat for years and years, they feel attacked if anyone shows any chance of being better than them in any way
