      Pros

      The local auction was great to work for. The employees all got along well.

      Cons

      Benefits changed every year. Commission structure changed every year. The top brass don't care one bit about those doing the most work and succeeding for the company at a local level. Got two salary increases in 8 years of employment.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Got a chance to start up in the Las Vegas Area. Everything was so new. Sales day was chaotic. Excellent benefits. Paid time off. On-site restaurant.

      Cons

      Commissions didn't pay too well back then. The chaos of dealing with clients on Sale Day was overwhelming. Trying to make everyone happy was a daily challenge.

      Working with Dealers is great

      Cons

      Corporate level management lie. Tell you one thing and do something completely different. They cut bonus's with no notification. They make you pay back money they pay you. They have changed the structure so many times that you don't even know who the reporting managers are. What was once a fun company to work for, has become a stressful nightmare of an employer.
