Not always at the site/lot, Occasionally get to drive a cool car...

Cons

Laid off 50-60 people with no warning, acted as if everything was fine and had a "meeting" disguised as a mass firing. Few hours, low pay, no benefits. Driving junkers hoping to make it back, working in extreme heat with cars that don't have ac or have working windows, working in extreme cold with cars that don't have heat or having to shovel cars out of dealerships, and the lot.

- benefits, 401k - good people - work life balance

Cons

- capital sharing structure should create synergy between business units, but instead promotes billable hours mentality and unproductive/expensive competition practices - change moves at a snail pace - management clogs the pipes with over zealous processes - management answers up but fails to listen down

Pros

A good place to work if you are looking just to stay in the same spot, and not grow what so ever. Working there for 5 years, no where to grow.

Cons

Like I said above, there is no where to grow in this company, they only look for experience which is something that they are not willing to provide to anyone.
