M-F days, fair amount of PTO, sale day is fun

Cons

Merit raise percentage was decreased, then they took away commission and dropped out hours claiming it was to promote work/life balance. Management clearly only has bonuses in mind, and doesn’t care about how that affects their employees.

District HR person has close relationships with employees and believes anything they say to go along with getting rid of people that are not part of the "clik". HR should have a separation from employees as close personal friends.
