Pros

9 - 5:30pm Office hours Monday - Friday and federal holidays off. You get plenty of paid time off, free doctor onsite.

Cons

The job can be though as a client service rep the stress is intense when you come out of training you can barely help clients on your own since 10 week training only covered 10% of the job. At the 5th month after training is when I started feeling more knowledgeable and comfortable.

Pros

-WFH, Norfolk Office is in downtown area, lots of clubs, opportunities to network and get to know your collegues, easy to communicate with management, fun but still a lot of work

Cons

I would say don't get stuck doing the same thing for 3 years, that was my fault. I should have been more active in trying different roles and taking advantage of the free courses and development programs they have. Otherwise working in the call center gets super repetitive. Taking PTO was a nightmare, you automatically get 2 weeks of PTO and off weekends. With the workload you do, you must use PTO for doctors visits, etc. You can only take PTO if it's approved which can be a tedious process.
