Company feels like it’s stuck in the past. They want give the impression of an upbeat modern company without any real substance. Put in games rooms but there is no time to break in them or it is frowned upon when you do. Still stuck in a work from an ADP location when it’s been shown we can work remote and still be profitable.

No opportunities to grow. Management will not allow you to grow into other roles in the company and promotions within your current role is very hard to achieve. Basically whatever job that you're hired into, is where you can almost certainly expect to stay.
