The ENTIRE company wants you to do well and cares about making ADP better for everyone. The people are the #1 attraction; everyone is equal - You can find yourself having a chat with the CEO while you're both on the lunch line in the cafeteria. And becoming best friends with the crew in the mail office. The atmosphere is beautiful and always being updated. Discuss business with another team member, after you grab a cafe latte and a sandwich down at Starbucks on the 1st floor. There are PLENTY of beautiful areas to have meetings or converse. You know the Genius Bar at the Apple stores? ADP has their own "Genius Bar". Just bring down your laptop for ANY REASON AT ALL (i.e. can't open Microsoft Word), and there are 6 techs at the bar ready to help you.
I can promise you that out of 57,000 employees globally, that maybe 90% (?) love their job and feel the love from ADP. Excellent place to work.
Cons
The company changes too much. Stick with one idea and go with it until it's perfected. There is WAY too much 'tangle' internally, which makes for more work, more mistakes and more 'hand-offs'. (aka "that's not my job anymore, it's supposed to go to Mary now.") or something like that.
ADP Response

Thank you for sharing your positive experience at ADP Roseland with us on Glassdoor. We appreciate the time you spent with ADP and the insights you shared about your time with us. We appreciate your thorough and thoughtful review.
A large company that can offer competitive benefits.
Cons
Large company culture with a mindset of "if it is not specifically my job I'm not going to do it." Communication/ working as a team across departments is disorganized. Clients complain about how many people they have to work with in the same company/department. There is no quality control, huge gaps in the process are not addressed.
