Pros

You can make money but..

Cons

Its a numbers game. How many call you take and how many sales you make. The problem is every call counts towards your commission. Existing customer-dont matter. Billing issue-dont matter. Calling to find out where their tech is-dont matter. Outbound xfers a person to you to hear more about ADT but whoops they hung up-dont matter.

Pros

Health benefits, 401k, remote work

Cons

Scheduling, you won't have full weekends off till 5 years in the company, they make you work holidays and sometimes mandatory OT, VERY HIGH STRESS, SUPER HIGH TURNOVER, Moral of the center is super low, majority of people aren't happy working there, METRICS are ALWAYS INCREASING every 2/3 months while commission stays the same, there's like 4/5 different type of sales so its not an easy sale, and they super micromanage you down to the minute, make you listen to all your calls, and they force you to sell how THEY WANT you to sell, I defiantly wouldn't recommended this job to anyone, do yourself a favor and look else where.
