Pros

Health benefits, 401k, remote work

Cons

Scheduling, you won't have full weekends off till 5 years in the company, they make you work holidays and sometimes mandatory OT, VERY HIGH STRESS, SUPER HIGH TURNOVER, Moral of the center is super low, majority of people aren't happy working there, METRICS are ALWAYS INCREASING every 2/3 months while commission stays the same, there's like 4/5 different type of sales so its not an easy sale, and they super micromanage you down to the minute, make you listen to all your calls, and they force you to sell how THEY WANT you to sell, I defiantly wouldn't recommended this job to anyone, do yourself a favor and look else where.

Pros

shift differentials, the ability to trade shifts or flex, paid training, premium holiday pay, plenty of overtime hours, and good for employees looking to build their resume.

Cons

you might have to work mandatory overtime during hurricane season, large volume of calls, very fast paced, and you may deal with hostile or panicked callers.
