They will hire anyone and fast. Decent benefits, but you have to figure out what most are them are by yourself. Ex. Employee discount plan (like groupon) and free legal insurances that include will S and BKs.

Cons

Takes months to pay commissions 100% commission Mileage reimbursement 15 cents a mile Micromanagement No training structure... Sink or swim is there motto They tell you week 1 there is a 75-80% turn over rate.
