Cons

Car allowance is low considering the cost of gasoline Depending on the sharpness of individual reps, you will either sink or swim...there is not much middle ground

Pros

Brand is well known everywhere you go and you don't need to sell the company. Plenty of TV ads, and training is excellent.

Cons

Change agreements every 3 months; pricing is never the same; always hiring people; many hours in training rooms; not enough technicians and customers have to wait 20 days for installations. Many charge backs, Many hours, at the end your work like 60-70 hours a week for commissions only. Vacations after a year are not paid. Sales Reps. called ADT the black hole. More time you spend there, more time you loose in your life.
