      benefits, overtime, steady job, people you work with are nice

      Cons

      There is to much favoritism in the company. Promotions are given to people based on a popularity contest or because they want them out of the center. Company is not customer obsessed. Managers do not want to leave their desks to help with questions or talk to sales reps who are upset with the treatment they are receiving from agents on the floor. Little training and with a new system being used this is needed more than ever.

      I'm an SSR BASED IN CHICAGO & I've found heaven. The work is gratifying, I've been selling here for 10 months, my manager respects everyone on the team and there are now about 12 reps. Our team loves our manager and we have freedom and support in our roles. We aren't micromanaged. We make a difference and change lives. The money is good but could be better but we are 100% commission and the weekly income is great once you get the hang of the job & what it takes to be successful! I get to be creative and I love the challenges I face and create to get leads and sell them. I couldn't be happier because I was out of work several times in the last few years due to terrible cultures, terrible and unethical management who do not know how to properly invest, train, motivate, educate, & appreciate their employees . That is not the case here! ADT GETS IT RIGHT!! I recommend ADT TO ANY O E WHO LOVES SALES AND LOVES NOT BEING MICROMANAGED!!!

      Cons

      It would be lovelier if the pay were even better! But ADT just started a new reimbursement program which is fair to everyone! So that helps!
