In all Honesty I can not tell any thing positive here.
Cons
ADT Canada May have been a very good organization in the past. But now there is no structure here. And they will keep loosing good people who work hard here with it their market. Aside that my job was commission able work they did not provide any training and any support for the people who they are willing to work hard and make it here. Tools that you provided for work here are not sufficient, World has changed and with it tools of business and communications. As the result people leave and or go on short and long term disability. You do not train your people accurately and properly. You do not lesson to your people and their request to be informed and trained well. And finally you do not promote good people with lots of experience to the right position. Investment in to your employee should not viewed as an expense for the organizations in fact you make the investment for the betterment of the whole organization and its future.
