      It felt like a hostile takeover.

      Pros

      It's a job. You get to work inside. There is a break room with no cafeteria. The reps are nice. You get your own desk and chair. They have bathrooms.

      Cons

      You get commission, along with $8.50/hr with no chance of a hourly raise. No direction from management. It felt like a male driven environment in my opinion.

      Corporate Environment with Stable Background

      Stable company, not going anywhere, good people to work with, a lot of people who have been there forever, great low level managers.

      Cons

      Hard to make changes, a lot of red tape to get through, salary increases are minimal, typical corporation stuff.

      Pros

      You can help people and you have freedom to work around your home life.

      Cons

      100% commission. Forced to attend meeting and long training sessions, without pay. They close on holidays so the saleried people get paid but we don't and we can't call jobs in. To much internal competion with call center and dealers. They offer more than corporate can. If you get a chance to work for this company, don't.
