      Don't Do It, reconsider before going with this company

      Pros

      Cell phone bill reimbursement, training wage for the first month, can be pretty flexible, nice people

      Cons

      Commission only, always red tape, poor business structure, require you to collect past due balance without giving you a percentage. CORPORATE PIMPING!! You have to rely on others to get fully compensated....it's out of your control

      Pros

      State of the art products to sell because of partnerships with all the manufactures. ADT doesn't make anything.

      Cons

      Do quotes, look up data, need hands on training, good luck. All systems and their network are slow and overloaded. Big, big time wasters and will not change because of cost.

      Pros

      The management in this company is run by an owner that will never ask you to do something he wouldn't do himself and that provides a good working environment for everyone. The pay is in line with industry standards as well as company benefits. Most importantly the company provides an advancement program to help new hires move up to better positions and better pay within one year and that creates highly motivated employees.

      Cons

      One of the negative things would have to be the long hours required to work. Employees with families often complain about this.
