      The environment is NOT professional, and I feel that the company hires anybody to work there.

      Pros

      Hiring process is really QUICK, if you get a call for an face-to-face interview, considered yourself hired. because ADT wont waste there time interviewing you if they didn't want to hire you after reviewing your resume. The management team is AWESOME.. Benefits are great.. 401k is great..

      Cons

      The environment SUCKS! People come to work looking like they climbed out of bed and into there vehicle. The point system is horrible -You have to know when your going to be sick so that you can let them know days ahead of time. Under-paid for the amount of hats you have to wear in your position. The systems are ancient and locks up ALL the time which makes the call longer.

      Positive Experience with a Dynamic Supervisor

      Pros

      Great benefits, direct management was very positive and supportive. Lots of outside sales tools and freedom. You get back as much as you put into it, if if you understand the processes and are self disciplined about the sales process.

      Cons

      Installation support was hideous. Once you sold a project there was no telling when it would get installed, how long it might take and how the customer would be treated during the install process. Very poor communication and follow through. Better trained sales people (me) and a more professional install team would help.
