      I have been in sales for over 10 yrs and this has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life.

      Pros

      Adt is the industry leader in security and is recognize id nationwide. When people think of security its typically ADT.

      Cons

      Micromanaging.....how can it be done when you are comm only? The compensation plan, the high turn over rate, lack of training, no vacation pay ($300) week, charge backs (customer cancels within 6 months of sale you have to pay the comm back) pay is never correct, your pay depends on the tech installing the job.
