      Pros

      Good Benefits and Name recognition. Also, Uncapped commisions.

      Cons

      Must be available all hours and all weekends 8-9 for good commissions High turnover rate. More support for Sales people with install issues.

      Good Benefits after only one month

      Cons

      No training whatsoever. Straight Commission after only 2 months. But they dont send you to training until you are 11/2 into it... So no time to build a base and start making commission until AFTER your training wage stops. Lied to about mileage allowance 21 cents a mile??? Gimme a break..... HR is absolutely useless... Went and just asked a simple question that HR should know off the top of her head and she tells me there are other places to work. Managers only care about their numbers, not the employees... Revolving door. Co worker doesnt bother to learn peoples names until they are there 3 months since most leave so quickly....
