Pros

Many opportunities for growth and learning. Ability to move from technical roles to business roles and the reverse. In many cases exceptional teachers and mentors. Opportunities to move around the country. The products the company supports provides additional learning opportunities. Benefits are on par with other large organizations.

Cons

Being a part of a larger organization (Tyco International) can cause leadership identity issues. Tyco leadership has big company views while ADT historically has been a small company trying to be big. Vision is not always driven down to the lower levels of the organization.
